I love this pan-fried cod with garlic and paprika recipe. The flaky and tender cod fillets are fried to golden perfection, making each bite a crispy and juicy delight. Pan-fried Cod Fish

Cod is one of the fish that is easy to cook and you can get a tasty dish ready fast. This recipe is one of my favorite go-to’s.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How To Fry Cod Fish

Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Sprinkle the seasoning mix over both sides of the cod fillets.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Place the cod fillets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve with lemon slices on the side or halved cherry tomatoes.

All the spices make the cod super tasty. I like serving my cod with vegetables such as french beans.
