Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz Cod Fillet
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix over both sides of the cod fillets.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the cod fillets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve with lemon or cherry tomato slices on the side.

Notes

All the spices make the cod super tasty. I like serving my cod with vegetables such as french beans.
