Instructions
Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix over both sides of the cod fillets.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Place the cod fillets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with lemon or cherry tomato slices on the side.
Notes
All the spices make the cod super tasty. I like serving my cod with vegetables such as french beans.
