Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top.
Allow the salmon to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and shake off any excess.
Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with additional marinade poured over the top if desired and add some roasted sesame seeds and garnish.
Notes
I like to add some roasted sesame seeds just before plating. I also garnish the salmon with some thinly sliced spring onion, dill, or chives.
