Ingredients
  

  • 2 pound swaifish fillet
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp favorite spices and herbs
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Coat thefish in the spices and fresh herbs before it is placed in the oven.
  • Place theseasoned swai fish fillet in a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30minutes or until the fish is cooked through to its center.
  • Remove bakedswai fillets from the oven, place on serving platter, and sprinkle with freshlemon juice over the baked fish fillet before serving.
  • Serve withyour favorite sides such as rice, vegetables, or salad.

Notes

Don't overcook swai fillet as it becomes rubbery when overcooked. The best way to tell if the fish is cooked through while baking is to check if the edges of the fish fillet begin to curl and the fish begins to flake when pierced with a fork or toothpick.
It is best to bake swai fillets in parchment paper for easy clean-up afterward while still ensuring the fish remains moist and tender during baking.
