Rinse theswai fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt on both sides.
In a small bowl, combine the flour and enough cold water to make a thin batter. About 1/2c up of water should be enough. Add more water, if necessary.
Dip thefillets first in egg white and then dredge them in the flour mixture until theyare well coated.
Place thecoated fillets in an air fryer basket.
Cookthe fillets at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through andgolden brown.
Notes
Adjust the cooking time for thicker fillets. Air fryer cooking times are based upon the thickness of your food, so adjust your cook time accordingly. Make sure to seal the basket tightly with foil or a cooking clip if you use one.
