A versetile white fish recipe that you can cook during winter and eat with different vegetables and carbs.

- ½ pound white Fish
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp parsly
Meltbutter in the microwave and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Put fishinto the melted butter and add cream.
Microwave onhigh for 5 minutes or until cooked through (depending on your microwave, youmay need more or less time).
Serve overrice or noodles with a sprinkle of parsley.
You can add a variety of other spices to this dish for a very simple but tasty meal. Some suggestions are thyme, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
You can also substitute a cup of white wine for the heavy cream to give it an even more "gourmet" flavor.
I usually serve this with a side of sauteed vegetables.
