Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound white Fish
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsly

Instructions
 

  • Meltbutter in the microwave and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Put fishinto the melted butter and add cream.
  • Microwave onhigh for 5 minutes or until cooked through (depending on your microwave, youmay need more or less time).
  • Serve overrice or noodles with a sprinkle of parsley.

Notes

You can add a variety of other spices to this dish for a very simple but tasty meal. Some suggestions are thyme, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
You can also substitute a cup of white wine for the heavy cream to give it an even more "gourmet" flavor.
I usually serve this with a side of sauteed vegetables.
