Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz Cod Fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place cod fillets on the sheet, skin side down.
  • Brush olive oil over the top of the cod fillets.
  • Place lemon slices on top of the cod fillets.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper over the cod.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

I serve the cod with my favorite vegetables. You can try it too and serve it with broccoli or asparagus.
