Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place cod fillets on the sheet, skin side down.
Brush olive oil over the top of the cod fillets.
Place lemon slices on top of the cod fillets.
Sprinkle minced garlic, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper over the cod.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
I serve the cod with my favorite vegetables. You can try it too and serve it with broccoli or asparagus.
