Ingredients
  

  • 1 alb Milkfish Fillets
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Lemon wedges
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the milkfish fillets in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Spread the flour on a large plate and season with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge the fillets in the flour until well covered, shaking off the excess.
  • Heat up the frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil to it.
  • Add the floured milkfish fillets and fry each side of the fish for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Transfer the fried milkfish to a serving platter and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

You can also prepare your milkfish fillet the same way and deep-fry the pieces instead of pan-frying them.
