Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cannedsardine
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomatoe
  • 1 Sweet pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup Parsley
  • 1 tbsp salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chopthe sweet pepper, onion, and canned sardine finely.
  • Mixeverything together in a salad bowl, all the onions, peppers, and sardines.
  • For thedressing, you will need olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Allthe ingredients are mixed together over the salad.

Notes

Lemon juice can make this dish acidic, so if you don't want it to be too sour. Use lemon juice carefully or you can also eliminate it altogether especially if you taste the salad and you like it without the lemon juice.
