- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets 6 oz each
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat ovento 425 degrees.
Rinse the fishand pat it dry with paper towels. Sprinkle inside of the fish cavity with saltand black pepper.
Place the butterin a large, heavy-duty plastic bag and add the fish. Turn the fish around tocoat it properly with the butter.
In a shallowbaking dish, place all the butter-covered fish filets skin side down.
Bake them untilthe outside is golden brown and fish fillets pull apart easily at the backbonewith a fork (about 18 minutes). Serve immediately.
