In a bowl,mix the ingredients together until well combined. The mixture should be wet enoughthat it holds together nicely without being too much dough.
If yoursalmon patties dough is too dry, add a little bit of milk.
Preheat youroven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Spray someoil on a baking sheet and form patties with your hands.
Place themon the sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown (time depends onhow big you have made the patties).

Salmon patties can be served plain as a side dish. You can also serve them with your favorite sause.
